Capillary pressure. Resistivity measurements. Upscaling by use of average values, Leverett's J-curve and correlations. Relative permeability. Residual saturations. Two-phase flow. Well testing: Diffusivity equation. Pressure drawdown and buildup tests for vertical and horizontal wells. Estimation of reservoir volume. Flow regimes and diagnostic plots. Fractured wells and fractured reservoirs. Gas reservoirs and multiphase flow. Repetition of the Laplace transformation. Solutions of the diffusivity equation. Elementary discussion of Bessel functions. Flow period diagnostic. Limiting equations. Well test interpretation in homogeneous, fractured and layered reservoirs. Horizontal wells.
