Course content
|
The aim of the practical exercise is to get to know the basic groups of fossils. Micropalaeontology - thin sections of rocks containing microfossils. Macropalaeontology - distinction of important representatives of particular groups of fossils

Determination of important representatives of particular groups of fossils.
The students should be able to: - recognize the basic groups of fossils - determine microfossils in thin sections and concentrates

|
Knowledge of problems of the paleontology, passing courses Paleomtology 1 (KGE/OBP1, KGE/OBPA1).

|
Oral exam
Practical expanding knowledge of systematic paleontology. Credit - Determination of basic groups of microfossils.
