Lifespan and aging. Evolution of aging. Mechanistic theories of aging. Aging of biomolecules. Aging of cells. Cell senescence. Aging of tissues and organs. Stress. Damage and reparation. Hormesis. Age-related diseases. Biomarkers. Anti-aging interventions. Genetics of longevity. Premature aging syndroms.
