        Introduction to clinical biochemistry, reference values, analytical and biological errors of laboratory measurements, good laboratory practice. Urine I.  Collection, conservation, physical measurements, chemical analysis: protein assay, blood, bile pigments Bile stones. Urine II.  Assay of keto-compounds, glucose, nitrites. Urine sediment, Hamburger examination. Examination of renal functions.  Examination of liver functions.   Diabetes mellitus, oGTT, self monitoring, waste of glucose in urine, blood analysis of patient on   glucometer,  diabetic documentation, analysis of glycaemia using glucometer ONE-TOUCH, oGTT design and interpretation of results, techniques and design of analysis of  glycaemia, glycosylated haemoglobin and glycosylated proteins. Interpretation. Acidobasic balance (ABR), collection of material, types of disorders: ABR, Dif. Dg.  disorder ABR, Metabolism  of ions, natrium, calcium. Gestational assay, HCG. Infarct of  myocardium. Cardiomarkers  troponin, myoglobin, CKMB-mas. Hyperlipoproteinemie, atherosclerosis, aetiology of atherosclerosis, metabolic syndrome, risk factors atherosclerosis, therapy. Lipid consulting.
