Course content

Working in sterile condition, cultivation and synchronization of mammalian cell cultures, counting of cells using Burker chamber, light and fluorescence microscopy, trypsinization of cells, harvesting, lysis and fixation of cells, gel electrophoresis in acrylamide gel, western blotting, detection of protein using chemiluminiscent detection, cell cycle analysis using flow cytometry, determination of intensity of GFP-fluorescence by fluorimetric reader

Prerequisites
|
This course is intended exclusively for students studying the third year of the program who are expected to have the appropriate knowledge; successful completation of theoretical courses LRR/EXBPR, KBB/BUBIO, LRR/OBB, KBC/BCH, KBB/MBIO1 and practises LRR/ZCHV.

100% attending of the laboratory practicals. Successful performing of all experiments. In-time submission of complete reports containing evaluation of results.
