Course content
|
Introduction to the guidelines and requirements for preparing a presentation. Individual student presentations focused on introducing the assigned topic of their master's thesis. The presentation should be structured as follows: objectives of the thesis, a brief theoretical introduction to the topic, methods, expected or obtained results, conclusions, and a plan for the experimental work for the following period. The seminar also includes presentations by members of the department on current research projects and results, as well as lectures by invited experts on current topics in the field.

Improvement in the preparation and effective communication of scientific presentations, interpretation of obtained results, and formulation of conclusions. Enhancement of the student's ability to actively participate in scientific discussions. A seminar focused on the latest trends and advances in the fields of biotechnology, biochemistry, and molecular biology.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student performance, Seminar Work
The condition for obtaining credit is 100% participation in the seminar (replacement/additional work is possible up to two absences for serious reasons), preparation of presentations in accordance with the course description, and active participation in discussions on the topics discussed.
