Regular communication with bachelor's or master's students while carrying on research work in a team. Consultation provision, acquisition of theoretical and practical knowledge of a team leader.

Learning outcomes
|
Systematic work of doctoral student allows the use of his/her time and expertise for collaboration with undergraduate and master's students at the department who are collecting information for their qualifying work. Doctoral student gains confidence in communication skills and the ability to transfer expertise to younger colleagues. An important benefit is the building of personality and gaining authority in the team.
Ability to lead a younger colleague in the processing of theoretical and experimental data, the ability to provide consultation in the formulation of objectives and of writing theses. Sufficient skills in written and spoken language.
