Course content
Qualitative and quantitative parameters of soil invertebrate communities as result of environamntal factors pressure - water and humidity, food etc. Methods of study of soil invertebrate's ecology.

Learning outcomes
The course aims at presenting actual information and procedures from the branch. Major approaches, conceptual and theoretical topics are listed in syllabus.
Comprehension - Describe the soil subsystem as an unique community - Understand the significance of particular functional groups of organisms - Design a laboratory experiment - Implement and evaluate this experiment - Explain the experimental results and their significance

Full participation at practices is necessary for finishing of course. Students must report about choice theme too (source: 2 papers in international journals minimally).
