Course content
The course provides an overview of basic techniques of water sampling and analyses of physical-chemical parameters of the water, various methods of water organisms sampling and determinatation o their qualitative and quantitative characteristics

Learning outcomes
The course aims at presenting actual information and procedures from the branch. Major approaches, conceptual and theoretical topics are listed in syllabus.
Knowledge At the end of the course the student is expected to: - have thorough understanding of the basic hydrochemical and hydrobiological methods; - be able to perform hydrobiological experiments and to analyze experimental data; - be able to judge the consequences water pollution and other anthropogenic incidence
Prerequisites
Elementary knowledge in hydrobiology.
