        - basic chemical terms and laws - structure of atom, atomic structure and periodic system, atomic nucleus and its properties, radioactivity - molecular structure and chemical bond, hydrogen bond and weak interactions  - coordination compounds - chemical reactions, thermodynamics and kinetics of chemical reactions  - state of matter and phase changes  - gaseous state of matter, ideal and real gas behaviour, ideal and real gas equations, kinetic theory  - properties of solutions, solulibility equilibria - acid-base equilibria in aqueous and non-aqueous environments, and gas phase  - electrochemistry  - solid state, basic principles of crystallography - methods of structural analysis, RTG analysis, thermic analysis, spectroscopic methods
