Course content
laboratory safety balances and weighing; work with glass and stoppers filtration and crystallization decantation and washing on filter simple and vacuum distillation steam distillation sublimation; determination of melting and boiling point extraction thin layer chromatography; titration measurement of volume; solutions; determination of solubility determination of density of liquids and solids drying of solid materials cooling; cooling mixtures; work with gases

The course introduces students to basic procedures and skills at work in the chemical laboratory.
Apply knowledge of basic chemical operations and general principles of chemistry.
Prerequisites
Chemical knowledge within the scope of grammar school education and basic laboratory skills.
