Learning outcomes
The aim of this course is to introduce to students basics of statistical methods used in chemistry.
To describe basic facts in applied statistics in chemistry; to recognize and use statistical methods for the data processing
Prerequisites
The knowledge of basics of general, organic, anorganic, physical, analytical chemistry and biochemistry is recommended.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral exam, Written exam

A student should be able to present basic facts about taught themes and to solve basic tasks of the data processing. The examination is done by a test where minimally 60 % points should be correct followed by an oral colloquium on two optional themes.
