        Course content
     | 
    
        Supercritical point and its surrounding, supercritical liquids and their physical properties  ( density, viscosity, diffusivity, solubility ). Chemical properties of supercritical liquids, reaction in supercritical medium. Theoretical and practical aspects of supercritical fluid extraction and its influencing (  elution essence, solubility, modificators, derivatization, temperature and pressure influences ). Instrumentation  SFE ( extraction cells, restrictors, capture ). SFE application ( both industry and laboratory ). Supercritical fluid chromatography SFC ( comparison with GC and HPLC, instrumentation, columns, restrictors, detectors, application ).
