Voluntary final state exam subject called Public property administration includes two core areas those are the issue of Financing and management of local self-governing units that is then connected with the issue of public tenders. The aim of the subject is to understand the theoretical knowledge from both areas and convey it to real life situation that means to be able to get his bearings in the current situation in this area.
A very good knowledge of the issues of financing and management of local self-governing units can be assumed at university level.
