Learning outcomes
|
The course provides with information concerning public administration in the health sector, sources of legal regulation of this sector, organization of the health administration and system of medical facilities. It also deals with self-government in health and medical sector performed by professional chambers. It also provides with knowledge of patients' rights, protection of personal data and legal aspects of gathering data about citizens' health condition.
Students who have completed this course will gain the knowledge of public-law aspects of health service. They will gain a deeper orientation in the legal sources of regulation of the medical and health sector.
