Learning outcomes
The subject deals with the so-called special part of administrative law. A special part includes substantive (but fragmentary also procedural) legal regulation of individual administrative sectors (eg construction law, health care, culture, education, internal administration, military law, police administration, etc.). It is a very large matter, therefore attention is within the framework of the subject devoted to the most important parts of the special part of administrative law. The subject follows the subjects General Administrative Law I and II, build on them and show how individual general concepts, phenomena and institutes are applied in individual sections of public administration. At the same time, of course, it builds on the knowledge acquired in the subject Administrative procedural law, when it approaches the implementation of administrative proceedings, as well as other procedures of public administration on individual sections of its performance.
Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to orientate well in selected, key areas of the special part of administrative law, both theoretically and practically. Student acquires not only knowledge of Czech legal regulation of the areas, but also of the relevant case law. Students will be able to recognize individual institutes and general administrative phenomena as a part of the adjustments of the public sections, as well as taking into account the specificities of the special legal regulations. At the same time the student will be able to apply the acquired theoretical knowledge practically, ie he will be able to solve different cases and studies (from selected, core sections of a special part of administrative law), which will be achieved by practicing seminar lessons.

Graduation of this subject is not conditional upon passing another subject.
