Course content
Topics: 1. Police Administration (Police of the Czech Republic, Municipal Police). 2. Internal Administration 1 (Name and Surname, Registry, Population Records). 3. Internal Administration 2 (Citizens' Passes and Travel Documents, Collecting). 4. Internal Administration 3 (Privacy Policy). 5. Building law 1 (Urban planning.) 6. Building Law 2 (Building Regulations). 7. School Management 1 (Primary and Secondary Education.) 8. School Management 2 (Higher Education.) 9. Culture Management 1 (State Monument Care) 10. Culture Management 2 (Periodical Press, Non-Periodical Publications, Radio and Television Broadcasting). 11. Health Administration. 12. Trade Management.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to provide an overview of the most important sections of public administration in the Czech Republic. To familiarize students with the Czech and international law of the given section, basic concepts and institutes, public administration organizations in the given section. The aim is to provide not only theoretical knowledge, but also to teach students to apply the law in individual sections of public administration.
Students who have completed this course will gain rough knowledge of legal regulation of selected areas of public administration in the Czech Republic.
Prerequisites
Students who want to complete this course must first successfully complete the courses "The Fundamentals of Organization and Operation of Public Administration", and "Administrative Substantive Law - General Part".

Assessment methods and criteria
Mark

Credit: - active participation in the seminar (absence without compensation 3x, absence of additional absence by seminar work on the topic) - credit test (20 test questions combination of multiple choice of answers, short answers, short example solution - limited use of legal regulations, maximum 20 points, minimum for credit 12 points) Exam: Oral exam. Circuits: 1. Police of the Czech Republic (characteristics, tasks, organization). 2. Legal status of the policeman (origin and status), his authority and duties. 3. Municipal police (characteristics, tasks, organization). 4. Statutory status of the officer (origin and status), his authority and duties. 5. Name, surname. Matrik. 6. Civic cards and travel documents. 7. Law of assembly and public administration. 8. Privacy and public administration. 9. Spatial planning (objectives, tasks, spatial planning authorities). 10. Land-use planning tools. 11. Building Authorities. 12. Territorial decision, territorial consent, territorial measures. 13. Territorial and Building Management - Basic deviations from the general legislation. 14. Civil Law Contracts in Building Law. 15. Legal regimes for construction (according to the Building Act). 16. Primary and secondary education (legal regulations, concepts, characteristics). 17. Colleges (legal bases, origins, types and types). 18. Public college (concept, position, organization, authorities). 19. Accreditation (accreditation procedure). 20. Protection of cultural monuments (legal basis, characteristics, basic concepts, performance of public administration). 21. Performance of public administration in the field of radio and television broadcasting. 22. Public regulation of publishing of periodicals and non-periodical publications. 23. Healthcare administration (legal regulations, basic concepts, characteristics). 24. Trade Administration (legal regulations, concepts, basic characteristics).
