Public construction law is one of the key areas of legal regulation in individual sections of the public administration (administrative law - special section). It includes both the issue of spatial planning, including decisions territory and building code and related aspects (expropriation, protection of special public interest, ...). Teaching Clinic is linked to the theoretical background of the previous administrative law disciplines, including the basics of construction law. In the clinic, students learn practical methods of teaching with this issue more deeply, strengthen and deepen their theoretical knowledge, to extend the knowledge of current case law and in particular the practical skills useful not only in this area.
Students who have completed this course will be able to conduct administrative proceedings under the Building Act in the position of the administrative authority or to defend individuals' rights in the position of their representative.
