Course content
Building law - subject of legal regulation, sources of law, development of regulation. Town and country planning - aims and tasks. Instruments of town and country planning I.: Planning policy, policy of regional development. Instruments of town and country planning II.: territorial plan, regulatory plan. Organization of public administration in the sector of town and country planning and matters of building regulation. Planning permission proceedings. Building permit proceedings. Use of buildings. Removal of buildings. Building supervision and other administrative activities. Organization of building administration. Self-government in town and country planning and building matters.

Learning outcomes
Public construction law is one of the key areas of legal regulation in individual sections of the public administration (administrative law - special section). It includes both the issue of spatial planning, including decisions territory and building code and related aspects (expropriation, protection of special public interest, ...). Teaching Clinic is linked to the theoretical background of the previous administrative law disciplines, including the basics of construction law. In the clinic, students learn practical methods of teaching with this issue more deeply, strengthen and deepen their theoretical knowledge, to extend the knowledge of current case law and in particular the practical skills useful not only in this area.
Students who have completed this course will be able to conduct administrative proceedings under the Building Act in the position of the administrative authority or to defend individuals' rights in the position of their representative.
Prerequisites
Completion of this course is not conditional upon completion of any other course.

Seminar Work

It is essential that those students who would like to pass the course must have attendance within the scope set by the seminar teacher and succeed in the colloquium.
