Learning outcomes
|
The main topic of this course is the issue of the building law, especially town and country planning and building permitting. In this connection the course provides with information about some issues of the special Environmental Law. The subject innovation has been supported by the project Support of Interdisciplinary studies and Study Programmes Innovations at Palacký University in Olomouc, CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0091.
Students who have completed this course will gain the knowledge and skills to use special legal regulation of Environmental Law that they shall mostly meet in praxis and to analyse and solve the commonest problems of Environmental Law.

Assessment methods and criteria

Mark
It is essential that those students who would like to get the credit must have attendance within the scope set by the seminar teacher and they also must succeed in the exam. The student is required to work with the learning objects, which have been created for the concrete subject and are available for authorized students in LMS EDIS.
