Learning outcomes
|
The course offers deepening knowledge of selected issues of the legislation relating technical environmental protection and public administration in these fields. The course follows the subjects "Administrative Law" and "Environmental Law". Mining Law is traditionally one of the basic themes of the regulation of natural resources. Energy Law is one of the modern legal disciplines, reflects the dynamic development of the energy management regulation, including selected types of energy subsidies. Mining and Energy Law are affected by various legal rules of International and EU Law.
Students who have completed this course will gain the knowledge necessary to understand the features of law. To acquire and understand the laws applicable in the management of natural resources and learn to apply it in practice. The course is aimed at expanding knowledge of selected issues legislation the technical protection of the environment and of public administration in these fields.

It is essential that those students who would like to pass the course must have attendance within the scope set by the seminar teacher and succeed in the colloquium.
