State budget, state management 6. Budgets of municipalities 7. Fee law 8. Customs duty law 9. Funds 10. Monetary law 11. Financial market - instruments of financial market 12. Financial market - subjects 13. Introduction to tax law

Learning outcomes
Lessons are focused on analysis and understanding of individual financial law institutes and mastering the theoretical basis legal regulation of financial law in basic areas of financial law - such as budgetary law, fee law, customs law, monetary law. The aim of the course is to apply theoretical knowledge to practical matters of financial law.
Students who have completed this course will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for orientation in legal regulations and basic institutes of financial law. They will have the necessary insight into all subsectors of a particular part of the financial law, which will open up some interest in deepening knowledge and reveals the possibility of being a graduate? lawyer in the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic, Czech national bank, in financial and customs authorities, in banks and other financial institutions.

Completion of this course is not conditional upon completion of some other courses.

Assessment methods and criteria
Written exam

To get a credit students are to fulfill the reguired extent of an attendance at the seminars and pass the credit test.
