Learning outcomes
|
This course focuses on the introduction of the administrative law from the comparative perspective. Its main aim is to analyze the foreign legal regulations of selected administrative law institutes and procedures in the context of the membership in the Council of Europe and in the EU and to compare it with the Czech legal regulation. The course language is English.
In this course the students will gain the basic overview of the selected administrative law instruments and procedures and acquire the basics of legal comparing. Students especially gain the knowledge of administrative procedures and administrative justice.

Completion of this course does not require the completion of any other courses.

Assessment methods and criteria

Mark
Active participation, individual project, final test. The course is finished by exam.
