Learning outcomes
The elementary aim of this course is to provide students with complex overview of the EU constitutional law and EU internal market law topics. Particular lectures will on institutional basis of the EU and the composition, tasks and powers of several bodies, sources of EC/EU law, relation between the EU law and national law of member states, EU judiciary etc. Second part of the lectures will focus on the problems of EU internal market and implementation of the four freedoms.
Students who have completed this course will gain the knowledge and become familiar with the skills necessary for correct application of the EC law on national level and for efficient realization of the for freedoms of internal market.
Prerequisites
Completion of this course is not conditional upon completion of some other courses.

It is essential that those students who would like to get the credit must have attendance within the scope set by the seminar teacher and succeed in the written test and written exam.
