The themes of individual lectures will be ad hoc specified upon agreement by the visiting lecturers.

Learning outcomes
The course is held in English language by specialists from the Palacký University Faculty of Law, other faculties of the Palacký University or by specialists from foreign partner universities or practice. The course is focused on familiarizing students with topical issues in medical law, especially in comparative perspective. The participation in the Summer Law School on Medical Law is conditioned upon a good command of English language. The course is taught in blocks. The themes of individual lectures will be specified ad hoc by the lecturers.
Students who have successfully completed the course should have deeper knowledge and skills necessary for right understanding of Medical law. They will also increase their language knowledge and skills.
Prerequisites
Completion of this course is not conditional upon completion of some other courses.
