Lecture Topics: 1. Forms of law-suit proceedings suits in international business commitments 2. Prorogation of the international authority 3. Important institutions occuring in the international trade area 4. Alternative forms in law-suit judgements 5. Institutional security of the international investment protection 6. The submission, its characteristic, construction and effects 7.-8. Initiating and process of the arbitration proceedings and its legal regime 9. The arbitration award and other processes in arbitration proceedings completion 10. Mutual arbitral structures and state justice 11.-12. Recognition and execution of other decisions Seminar Topics: 1. Forms of law-suit proceedings suits in international business commitments, ?? international authority 2. Learning outcomes
The subject focuses on the questions in proceedings of the private legal law-suits in business commitments with an international element. It aims at the identification of options in proceedings of law-suits without the classic scope of legal system. The subject focuses on questions in the international authority as well as the international competency and also defines individual forms of law-suits proceedings in practice.
Students who have completed this course will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to proceedings of private legal law-suits in business commitments with an international element.

Completion of this course is not conditional upon completion of some other courses.

Assessment methods and criteria
Seminar Work

It is essential that those students who would like to get the colloquium must have attendance within the scope set by the seminar teacher and they also must succeed in the written test.
