Learning outcomes
The subject is designed in three levels: International Economic Law, Oversea Business Law - currently modified by transfered authorities form a state to ES, law which regulates international business transaction operations, i.e. mainly the Private and Procedural international Law. The aim is to gain the basic knowledge in the legal regulation in particular fields with the emphasis on understanding of: WTO status as the main regulator in the international business relations area, regulation of external EU business relations and regulation in the areas, which have remained in the national authority, legal regulations of the international business transactions. Within the latter, which feature the discipline contens students will be acquainted with legal regulation of purchase-sale transaction, international exchange businesses, international financial transactions, business in technologies, business in services. The skill components should be developed in a limited scope. The latter will be implemented on the level of OSN treaty about international goods purchase agreements.
Students who have completed this course will gain the basic knowledge in legal regulation in individual areas of the international commercial transactions.
Prerequisites
Completion of this course is not conditional upon completion of some other courses.

Seminar Work

It is essential that those students who would like to get the colloquium must have attendance within the scope set by the seminar teacher and they also must succeed in the written test.
