International law and science in the period after 1945 8. Czechoslovak science of international law 9. Human rights and development of the international legal framework 10. War and the development of its international regulation 11. The formation of general international law and the basic features of the current system of international law

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course History of International Law is the analysis of development of the international public law and science. Knowing the history of international law is a prerequisite for understanding the basics and functioning of contemporary international law and its basic institutions.
