The aim of the course is to get students acquainted with practical aspects and implementation of the Community law in the Czech Republic on the basis of the current jurisprudence of the Court of Justice, Czech Constitutional Court, general courts, administrative bodies, and last but not least also the resolutions and methodical materials of the Government of the Czech Republic. Students should gain the ability to work with the Community law with respect to the specific conditions of the Czech Republic. The subject innovation has been supported by the project Support of Interdisciplinary studies and Study Programmes Innovations at Palacký University in Olomouc, CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0091.
The students should acquire competence to interpret and apply EUL law in situations specific to Czech legal environmnent
