Learning outcomes

Subject is aimed to extend the knowledge of methodological procedures. Seminars will be used for practical exercise of particular methodological procedures on examples from legal practice.
Students who have completed this course will gain the knowledge of methodological procedures used in legal practice.

Assessment methods and criteria

Written exam
It is essential that those students who would like to get the credit must have attendance within the scope set by the seminar teacher and they must pass the final test. It is essential that those students who would like to get the exam must have the knowledge within the scope of compulsory literature.
