The Church and the Roman-Canon Process, 6. Legal Status in Administration and Justice, 7. Prague University, 8. The city under the influence of Roman law, 9. Codification (concept and meaning), 10. Codification efforts in the Middle Ages, 11. Legal humanism and early modern codification, 12. The school of natural law and the codifications of the 19th century.

Learning outcomes
|
The course should deepen student´s knowledge in the field of legal history with regard to the processes of the Romanization and codification of law that will be presented over the long-term period from the Middle Ages to the Modern Age. The subject should further improve student´s orientation in professional literature and extend their competence in working with legal documents that are beneficial for domestic development.
