Subject is aimed to familiarize with the basic notions and categories of positive law, which establish the qualification of lawyer and increase his ability of orientation in law.
At the end of the course the student should have the knowledge of basic notions and categories of positive law, which establish the qualification of lawyer and increase his or her ability of orientation in law. Student gain besides other things overview of different legal cultures.

The course is concluded in written form (exam). To pass the exam the student has to prove his or her knowledge within the scope of recommended literature.
