Learning outcomes
The course focuses on the legal history of public law and is the subject of the specialization Administrative Law, the specialization Criminal Law and the specialization Constitutional Law. It is a course belonging to the first pillar of the programme, i.e. a course developing the student's theoretical knowledge. The course supplements the student's theoretical knowledge acquired in the Master's degree programme, in particular by providing detailed information on the historical development of public law in the territory of the present Czech Republic. The course is designed as a two-semester course. In the summer semester, the lecture focuses on the most important milestones in the development of the legal system in the field of criminal, constitutional and administrative law in the last two centuries. Each topic is presented in such a way as to capture both the temporal development of the entire field and to demonstrate the changes in specific institutions that are crucial to the legal discipline.
Students who have completed this course will gain the knowledge necessary to understand the features of law.
Prerequisites
The completion of this course is conditioned upon completion of the subject Legal History of Public Law I.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance

Student se setkává s vyučujícím na výuce (student je povinen se účastnit poloviny přednášek) a dále je povinen k jedné individuální konzultaci za cílem zhodnocení předmětu jeho výzkumu, který bude následně podmínkou získání zápočtu.Vyžaduje se aktivní zapojení studenta do výuky a kolokvium probíhá formou ústní rozpravy nad písemným zpracováním konkrétního právního problému v úzkém dějinném úseku. Studenti prezenční formy se musí účastnit 80% přednášek, studenti kombinované formy poloviny přednášek a dále jedné konzultace v rozsahu dvou hodin.
