Learning outcomes
|
This course is divided in two terms. Students have a chance to become familiar not just with the theory of EU law, but also current events in Europe - this is neccesary to extend language skills and knowledge in the field of legal language. The teaching is in French and a good knowledge of French is necessary for a successful completion of this subject.
Students who have completed this subject gain knowledge and skills in the field of technical legal terminology from the European Union law and the European Community law and are able to discuss topics from these areas of law.

|
Student performance
In order to get the credit it is essential that the students have a regular attendance in the scope set by the seminar leader. The students must also complete the tasks assigned by the teacher.
