PROTECTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS IN FRANCE 5. INTRODUCTION IN THE CRIMINAL LAW 6. DIFFERENT CLASSIFICATIONS OF CRIME ? Criminal law; Crime; Division of Crimes 7. DIFFERENT CLASSIFICATIONS OF PUNISHEMENT 8. Learning outcomes
The aim of these lessons is to introduce the basic legal terminology and teach students to orientate themselves with foreign legal texts.
Students who have completed this subject will deepen knowledge and skills in the field of technical legal terminology and will become familiar with french legal system.
Prerequisites
Completion of this subject is conditional upon successful completion of the subject N2FJ1.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral exam

In order to get the credit it is essential that the students have a regular attendance in the scope set by the seminar leader. The students must also complete the tasks assigned by the teacher.
