Learning outcomes
|
The students are taught to use the technical legal terminology, to orientate themselves with authentic legal texts and technical publications on legal topics. They also learn to understand and discuss both, spoken as well as written texts.
Students who have completed this subject will deepen knowledge and skills in the field of technical legal terminology and they will become familiar with german legal system. Students are able to discuss legal topics in German.

Completion of this subject is conditional upon successful completion of the subject 1CJ3N.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Mark, Oral exam, Didactic Test
In order to get the exam it is essential that the students have a regular attendance in the scope set by the seminar leader. The students must also complete the tasks assigned by the teacher.
