Gesetzgebende Gewalt 5. Zákonodárný proces ? Gesetzgebungsverfahren 6. Český zákonodárný proces ? Das tschechische Gesetzgebungsverfahren 7. Výkonná moc ? Vollziehende Gewalt 8. Správa ? Die Verwaltung 9. Soudní moc - Rechtsprechende Gewalt 10. Spolkový ústavní soud ? Das Bundesverfassungsgericht 11. Základní práva ? Grundrechte 12. Ochrana základních práv - Schutz der Grundrechte, Fall Muslimischer Metzger

Learning outcomes
The students learn to orientate themselves with legal texts and use the essential legal terminology.
Students who have completed this subject will deepen knowledge and skills in the field of technical legal terminology and they will become familiar with german legal system.
Prerequisites
Completion of this subject is conditional upon successful completion of the subject 1CJ1N.

Assessment methods and criteria
Mark, Oral exam, Didactic Test

In order to get the exam it is essential that the students have a regular attendance in the scope set by the seminar leader. The students must also complete the tasks assigned by the teacher.
