Course content
Seminar topics: I - INTRODUCTION TO CIVIL LAW. CIVIL CODE (FRANCE AND CZECH REPUBLIC) II - SUBJECTIVE RIGHTS III - SUBJECTS OF LAW IV - REAL PROPERTY AND RIGHTS V - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS VI - OBLIGATIONS VII - CONTRACTS

Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming)
Learning outcomes
These lessons are focused on the technical legal language. The students deal with foreign legal spoken and written texts. They also attempt to consolidate the basic language skills on these texts.
Students who have completed this subject will deepen knowledge and skills in the field of technical legal terminology and they will become familiar with french legal system.
Prerequisites
Completion of this subject is conditional upon successful completion of the subject N1FJ1, N1FJ2.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance

In order to get the credit it is essential that the students have a regular attendance in the scope set by the seminar leader. The students must also complete the tasks assigned by the teacher.
