Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the legal terminology of civil law and civil proceedings. The basic method is to work with professional texts, analyze civil cases to activate the acquired legal language and strengthen the ability to comment on the problem and justify your opinion.
After completing the course, students will be familiar with the legal concepts in the context of content, will be able to understand moderately demanding authentic texts and comment on the basic issues within the topics discussed in comparison with the Czech legislation.

Completion of this subject is conditional upon successful completion of the subject KJA/MNJ1,2,3,4.
