Topics: 1. + 2. Rechtsentwicklung - Grammar 3. Gewohnheitsrecht - Grammar 4. Recht und Sitte - Grammar 5. Der Staat und die Rechtsordnung - Grammar 6. Rechtsstaat und Absoluter Staat - Gesetz und Recht 7. Anwendung der Rechtsbegriffe - Fälle 8. Das moderne Recht - Grammar 9. Gleichheit vor dem Gericht 10. Gleichheit und Diskriminierung - Grammar 11. + 12. Repetition and practice of concepts and grammar

Learning outcomes
The students choose the second foreign language as a compulsory subject (German). They are supposed to have intermediate knowledge of general language. The subject called 2nd foreign language is focused on technical legal terminology. During the 1st term they consolidate their knowledge of the general language. The students further study new legal terminology.
Students who have completed this subject will gain knowledge and skills in the field of technical legal terminology and will become familiar with german legal system.
Prerequisites
Completion of this subject is not conditional upon completion of another subject.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance

In order to get the credit it is essential that the students have a regular attendance in the scope set by the seminar leader. The students must also complete the tasks assigned by the teacher.
