Course content
1. EU judiciary 2. Court of Justice of EU - case studies I. 3. Court of Justice of EU - case studies II. 4. European Cooperation in Criminal Matters 5. European Cooperation in Civil and Commercial Matters 6. Protection of Human Rights I. 7. Protection of Human Rights II.

Learning outcomes
This subject will deepen the knowledge acquired in the subjects JAZ1A, JAZ2A, JAZ3A.
Those students who complete this subject will deepen their knowledge and skills in the area of technical terms connected with Community and European Law. Students attending this seminar will work with technical texts in French.

Absolvování tohoto předmětu je podmíněno úspěšným absolvováním předmětu JAZ3A.

In order to get the credit for the written test the students must attend the seminars in the extent required by the tutor and they must also meet all the requirements set by the tutor for the specific type of seminar.
