Course content
Seminar topics: Individual topics from the field of legal institutes related to the Czech and French (or other) legal systems. Current topics will be presented by the subject guarantor at the 1st seminar.

Learning outcomes
The course of Terminologie du droit comparé franco-tcheque 2 is focused on the theoretical-practical comparison of legal institutes related to both Czech and French legal systems. Mixed teams of students (Czech and foreign French-speaking students) are going to prepare one comparative topic focused on the legislation, application and importance of such an institute for the given legal order, and then to conduct a comparative study. The study will be processed in the form of a presentation and presented orally and in writing at the final seminar. The introductory seminar is going to deal with the presentation of the subject as well as with its theoretical comparative basis. Further on, the course will take place in the form of meetings and consultations of individual teams with the subject guarantor or an expertly responsible person. Students will be divided into working teams, individual teams will work on their chosen topics - comparison of French, Czech and other legal systems (group work).
Students who have completed this course will gain both practical and theoretical knowledge.

Completion of this subject is not conditional upon completion of another subject.
