The Department of Languages offers facultative subject French in criminal law - Big miscarriages of justice in France. This seminar builds on knowledge gained in compulsory and facultative seminars in legal French. A good knowledge of general French language is a prerequisite to participate in this seminar. Criminal law in the context of the czech and french legal system. The seminar aims to develop speaking skills and conversation in French in the area of miscarriages of justice throughout history of French judiciary. The purpose of seminar is to enhance language skills and specific legal language competences in French.
Students will gain knowledge and skills in the field of technical terms used in criminal law.

Student performance
In order to get the credit it is essential that the students have a regular attendance in the scope set by the seminar leader. The students must also complete the tasks assigned by the teacher.
