Learning outcomes
|
Teaching deepens the basic knowledge of English legal terminology and its comparison with Czech legal terminology. Emphasis is placed on practicing all language skills in relation to the professional language used in criminal law, environmental law, welfare law and employment law.
Students who have completed this subject will deepen knowledge and skills in the field of technical legal terminology and they will become familiar with Anglo-American legal system. Students are able to discuss topics on administrative law in English.

Completion of this subject is conditional upon successful completion of the subject BCJ1A, BCJ2A, BCJ3A.
