The aim is to provide information of areas: terminology, classification tyflopedii, the consequences of visual impairment, specificity in the methods of communication, comprehensive services. Equipment for the visually impaired in practice for education, for self-service, sporting purposes, etc.

Extending the knowledge base in oblastirozvoje people with visual impairments, familiarization with the problems of leisure activities in the context of spatial orientation of these people and how to participate in sports. problem of architectural barriers in relation to spatial orientation. Equipment for the visually impaired in practice for education, for self-service, sporting purposes, etc.
The outcomes of the subject are based on partial profile of the subject`s absolvent.
