Participants will develop a set of knowledge about the principles of inclusive approach in preschool education with regard to the history and current development of society, get acquainted with the nature, background and basic definition and application of support measures in inclusive preschool pedagogy, personal prerequisites and desirable competencies of inclusive preschool pedagogue. European and national standards, mutual professional ties in an interdisciplinary inclusive approach, including the involvement of family, professionals and the community. They will learn to approach different types of equal opportunities with regard to different types of special educational needs, use practical skills of inclusive approach in kindergarten class, identify forms of so-called atypical behavior in preschool children, use methods of parallel and other inclusive didactic oriented teaching methods, recommend counseling services aimed at the inclusion of pupils from heterogeneous backgrounds.
