Course content
|
Survey of legal regulations concerning situation of people with handicap in the Czech Republic. Historical, legal and constitutional aspects of this issue; introductory information about family law, administrative law, civil law, criminal law, labour law, social security law in the relation to disabled or handicapped citizens. Study subject enables the students to understand above mentioned issues, giving them fundamental knowledge for advisory services in the area of individuals with special needs care.

The aim is to give a basic overview of the legal issues. To equip participants with the basic minimum for consultancy in the field of care for people with special educational needs. The course introduces participants to the legislation position of people with disabilities in the Czech Republic. The course includes selected institutes of family law, administrative, civil, criminal, labor and social security law in relation to people with disabilities or similar disadvantages.
The outcomes of the subject are based on partial profile of the subject`s absolvent.
