Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students should be able to: Special educational counseling: - Students will become familiar with the definition, classification, and categorization of impaired communication skills (ICS), the organization of speech therapy care, and other aspects of communication disorders in the context of the counseling work of a special educator. - They will then be able to detect the symptoms of the main forms of DCS in both spoken and written form, including nonverbal communication disorders, and understand their impact on school education and social communication. U1SPP: - Gain a deeper understanding of voice disorders, speech resonance, speech fluency, and related forms of impaired communication skills, with a focus on older school-age children, adolescents, and adults. - Be familiar with the terminology, classification, and intervention of relevant forms and refer to relevant published sources and authors. U2SPP: - Gain a deeper understanding of impaired communication skills, the organization of speech therapy care, and other aspects of the diagnosis and intervention of individual forms of communication disorders. - Understand the process of speech development from the perspective of evolutionary development and speech ontogenesis. - Acquire and subsequently be able to detect symptoms of pronunciation and speech development disorders, assess their impact on social interaction, and intervene appropriately using interdisciplinary cooperation. - Acquire the ability to recognize impaired verbal behavior and deviations in nonverbal communication. - Identify symptoms of neurotic speech disorders related to anxiety disorders.
