Course content
The role of educational counselor at school. The definition of work ethics, educational consultant. Code of Ethics advisory staff in education. Ambivalent role of the teacher, educational consultant and possible pitfalls of the exercise of his functions. Educational cooperation with the school counselor and teaching staff. Definition of standard educational activities advisor. Advisory activities, policy and outreach activities. Documentation of educational leadership consultant. Differentiation of the educational role of counselor in school and normal school for students with disabilities.

Lecture, Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Methods of Written Work

Learning outcomes
The students will understand the special nature of the role of a pedagogic counsellor and will acquire the basic dimensions of their work in the school environment.
Graduates acquire the prerequisites for application of knowledge in their counseling practice.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of the basic psychological disciplines.

Dialog

Literature study, active participation in seminars, working up tasks according to teacher's requirements.
