Course content
|
Psychology - sources, subject, main directions, discipline system. Review of methods - principles and application possibilities. Temperament, cognitive processes, motivation and intelligence. Feelings - determination, meaning, emotional intelligence. The developmental psychology, as a basic psychological discipline, observes the longlife development of Man. It provides an orientation to the mental development of human individual from its prenatal development up to old age inclusive of dying. Besides the ordinary description of developmental changes attending single life phases, the given subject provides information on development regularities and, first of all, on factors affecting the development of human psyche.

An overview of a man's mental development from birth to adulthood, focusing on adolescence and on factors influencing mental development.
Students will learn basic psychological terminology, get to know with general concepts and developmental aspects in terms of ontogeny.
