It is an introduction to studying individual psychology. Historical and philosophical sources of individual psychology, selected theories of personality and their impact on the approach to a human being. Determining factors affecting the individual personality formation, approach to study. Personality dimensions, personality structure and dynamism, content and relation analysis of personality. Methods of personality psychology and principles of their practical application, possibilities of developing axtospection and introspection skills. Problems of life replenishment and coping with challenging life situations.
